Aemyos is a desktop app that runs on your Windows PC. This page describes what the current product actually does. There is no Aemyos cloud account and no Aemyos login.

Microphone: used to hear commands. You can mute Aemyos’s mic. Audio for recognition is usually sent to Groq Whisper. If you do not set a Groq key, speech can be transcribed on this PC with Whisper instead.

Screen: screenshots of the chosen monitor are taken so Aemyos can see the UI. Those images are sent to Anthropic (Claude) when it is working a task.

Spoken replies: text is sent to Microsoft Edge TTS to generate audio, then played on this PC.

Local files: notes, profile, reminders, history, and tasks stay on your machine. We do not operate an Aemyos user database.

Keys: Anthropic and Groq keys stay in a local .env file. Do not share that file. Those providers bill you under their own terms.

Chrome extension: optional. If installed, it talks to Aemyos on this PC only, to read and control your own tabs.

To stop capture, mute the mic, quit Aemyos, or delete the app folder.
